We have 800 VDI sessions. We are required to scan the VDI workstations but our Virus scan vendor is killing us on memory use. Anyone using a vendor that works?

Are you running all the scans simultaneously? You may want to try scheduling them so a minimal number of scans take place at any one time. However, I've been told that the AppSense suite of products and Trend Micro's AV work well. Their AV can be installed into a Base Image and it will reconfigure after a phone home. |
